Dance Fitness

Dancing feet

Experience a great cardio workout while learning the dance techniques to a variety of styles including ballet, jazz and hip-hop.  Program is for ages 11 - 14 and meets on Thursdays from 7 to 7:45 p.m.  Call 972-205-2771 or email Granger for more information.
